I lead the integrated marketing and guest experience efforts across Horseshoe Valley Resort and Muskoka Bay Resort, overseeing brand communications and digital campaigns to drive stays, engagement and revenue growth. In this dual-property role, I manage marketing initiatives across accommodations, dining, golf, adventures and events, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling while tailoring campaigns to distinct guest audiences. I collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing on strategy, providing input and insights that shape initiatives, while executing and scaling lifecycle and email marketing programs, developing integrated campaigns, overseeing seasonal marketing planning, and guiding onsite marketing support at Muskoka Bay to supporting long-term brand positioning and audience growth for both resorts.

I managed digital marketing campaigns for social media, email, web and additional integrations. I moderated and posted to social media accounts. I assisted in implementing and executing new marketing technologies, including chatbots, text marketing and AI marketing automation. I develop ad creative and copy for digital and print campaigns. I maintain website content across all departments. I coordinated influencer hosting & other PR activities. I coordinated on-site photo and video shoots. I designed and created tangible communications collateral (such as signage, menus, etc.) for use around the resort for guest-focused campaigns, events and interactions.
Marketing Manager - FreshSpoke
2020 - 2021
In this role, I planned, implemented and evaluated digital and print marketing campaigns across all social channels. I planned and executed promotional events and exhibitions. I designed, developed and maintained a current supply of promotional materials. I used metrics to report on customer groups and analyze acquisition efforts; created content for online and print and represented FreshSpoke in person and on social media. I acted as the project manager to coordinate the development of user-centric support processes and to implement software features. Starting as a coordinator in my work term, I grew into the manager role and oversaw high school co-op interns.
